Dish Network Shares Climb Despite Court Loss to TiVo

March 5, 2010 – Collin Stewart analyst Thomas Eagan upgraded Dish Network shares from “Hold” to “Buy” with a price target of $30. This was right after Dish Network’s court appeals loss to TiVo last Thursday, March 4, in their long-standing squabble over DVR patents.

AT&T U-verse raising TV, phone, Internet prices in 2010

AT&T U-verse customers will find a $3 to $5 increase on in their Internet, TV and Voice monthly bills effective last February 1, 2010.  The price change affects only the new customers of U-verse Internet service, as opposed to theU-verse TV increase that affects both old and new.
