Dish Network continues to amaze the world with their recent announcement last January 6, 2010 of its new product line– TV Everywhere.  This is said to be a unique set of integrated products designed to give Dish subscribers the ultimate satisfaction of watching television literally anytime, anywhere.   

Dish clients will enjoy more of the live and recorded TVs show on their laptops, phones and other able devices anywhere they go.  The new product line involves the use of the award-winning Dish ViP 922 HD DVR receiver, the TV Everywhere Adapter, the new DISH Network WiFi HD Monitor and the newly-released DISH Remote Access App.  Check out some of the brief high points of this pack.

• Dish’s ViP 922 features 1TB hard drive with up to 1k hours of recording time.  It’s simply the largest hard drive in the industry.  With its huge capacity, ViP 922 basically gives users the pleasure of watching endless shows to their heart’s desires.  When used with the TV Everywhere suite, ViP922 makes the world’s only DVR with built-in Slingbox technology.

• TV Everywhere Adapter’s special feature is its ability to be connected to a compatible set-top box without the need of extra wires or other power supply.  This allows Dish subscribers to watch their favorite shows anytime and anywhere they please.  This is said to be the world’s smallest slingbox at the moment, which is co-developed with EchoStar Technologies L.L.C. and its affiliate Sling Media, Inc.

• The DISH Network WiFi Monitor, by Sling Media, uses the 16x9 widescreen format.  It displays 720p HD and controls the features of a connected DISH HD DVR receiver such as viewing live TV and managing DVR recordings.  Currently, it is the only stand-alone monitor that can transmit HD video signal from a set-top box to anywhere in the home using a WiFi network.

• The Dish Remote Access App is yet to astonish the public with its amazing capabilities.  To name a few, it allows Dish clients to set times on multiple receivers, search nine days of shows and manage their own DVR library by setting recording priorities and resolving recording conflicts and more.  This innovation is compatible with most of the SD and HD DVR receivers of Dish.  With this device, a lot of people will enjoy converting their PCs and mobile devices into remote controls for their TVs that are connected to compatible Dish receivers.

All of these new product innovations will be launched in the second quarter of 2010.
